It's been 5 years since I last visited the Dead Sea, and I couldn't wait for my vacation to arrive! Working at Jericho skincare I get to use Dead Sea products all the time, and it's really the next best thing to the real thing. But there is nothing like actually floating in this amazing body of water, feeling the hot sun on your skin and soaking in the breathtaking view.

In the winter time cold rain and blustery wind pelts your skin, leaving it wind-burnt and raw. In the summer, sun burns and sweat rashes leave uncomfortably red and irritated skin. In addition, the elements are only one of the factors that can cause your skin untold pain. Daily life can also get in the way of healthy, manageable and soft skin. Colds and runny noses can cause peeling and irritation to the face while daily makeup routines can often lead to allergic rashes. Constant hand washing, pools filled with chlorine, and pollens in the air are only a small percentage of the elements our skin is exposed to on a regular basis.
